Yes. Any orders shipping to an APO/FPO are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, having a transit time of 2-3 days, to a central hub in NY. From there it is given to the appropriate military carrier, and depending on the location it can take two weeks for a package to be delivered (being outside of USPS' hands at that point). Plus, these orders are untraceable because there are no UPS or FedEx tracking numbers.
The correct address format for an APO/FPO is to enter the base name in the street field, "APO" or "FPO" in the city field, and then select among AA, AE, or AP in the state field. Leave the country as USA and then enter the correct postal code in the zip code field.

In-stock merchandise is normally shipped out of our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order (excluding holidays and weekends). If an item is on backorder or the order was placed over a weekend or holiday, shipment will be delayed.

Lastly, shipping times are calculated from the time your order leaves our HPI-Direct warehouse. In stock merchandise will ship out 24 to 48 hours of order placement; excluding weekends and holidays. Overnight in-stock orders, if placed by 1:00pm EST, will ship same day. Shipping is delayed, of course, if an item is on backorder.
Please contact our HPI-Direct professionals if you would like to add either the Early AM or Saturday delivery services to your order. Shipping fees are based on dimensions/weight, destination zone and the service standard selected. Freight charges are calculated after the shipping address is entered.
We recommend that all customers who are shipping to addresses other than their billing address, notify their credit card company of the alternate shipping address. This process is becoming a standard and credit card companies are happy to assist you. Simply call your credit card company and let them know you are placing orders via the Internet and would like to give them (bank) an alternate shipping address.
On the uniform ordering website My Orders page, choose the order you would like to make an exchange or return and click on the Return/Exchange option. Select the item(s) to return for credit or exchange for a different size. If an item is past the 60 return period or is non-returnable you will not be able to select that style to return or exchange. Please see our Return Policy for more information. Once you select the items to return for credit or exchange for a different size, you will submit the order and receive an order number. Be sure to print the return or exchange confirmation page and include it in your package. Repackage the item in its original packaging if possible. We strongly suggest you ship returns by a service that offers tracking capabilities. Merchandise returned by other means or that is lost or damaged in transit is your responsibility. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 60 days of receipt in its original condition. You may return your purchase with the original packaging in “as new” condition. Items specified online as “made to order” cannot be returned or exchanged. A garment cannot be returned if it has been washed, worn, or altered. Altered means hemmed to order or personalized such as name embroidery. Also, if an item is shipped directly from one of our vendors, it cannot be returned to our distribution center. Please Contact Us with your order number if you are having trouble returning a style online. You may exchange an item for a different size. As soon as you ship the original item back, allow 2 – 5 days for processing and then we will ship the replacement size.
Your return package will take 2 – 6 days to arrive back at our distribution center. Please allow 2 – 5 business days to inspect and process your return order. Then your replacement size will ship. Depending on your location and transit time, allow 2 – 6 days to receive your replacement size. If you do not provide your order number your return/exchange will be delayed.
